Agreement

By using Cortex, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use it

• 18+: you can use it freely
• 13-17: you need parental consent
• Under 13: you need a parent to supervise

Your account

• Use accurate information
• Keep your password safe
• You're responsible for what happens on your account
• Tell us if someone else is using it

What you can do

Use Cortex for your own study - accessing materials, doing practice questions, and tracking progress.

Don't:

• Share your login
• Use bots or scrapers
• Try to hack or reverse engineer it
• Use it to cheat in exams

Content ownership

• Our content (software, materials): belongs to us
• Your content (answers, notes): belongs to you, but we can use it to run the service
• Exam board content: belongs to AQA, Edexcel, OCR etc.

Payments

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in GBP.

You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.

What we don't promise

• We can't guarantee exam results
• The service is provided "as is"
• Content might not be 100% up to date

Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages. Any claims are limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Legal stuff

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to English courts.

Changes

We might update these terms. We'll post changes here. Keep using = you accept them.
